In an ancient history of India to up till now the human religion is to give the service to the handicapped and help less people. So many organizations working for the common man but very little organizations are committed to working for the handicapped, destitute components of the society.
So many child births with disability. In that deaf and dumb boys are physically strong. They are equal to common boys, like intelligent, capacity and emotion. They only not hearing or talking. Mrs. Leelatai Rangari, residence of LaghuVetan Colony, Indora of Nagpur city established Sharda Bahuddeshiya Mahila Vikas Mandal in the year 1992 for the purpose of to provide the education to deaf and dumb and became them the self-sufficient.

Since 1994, Rajiv Gandhi Karnbadir Aksham Niwasi Shala at Kandri (Kanhan) has been functioning. A total of 40 residential students are receiving education.

Since 1996, Anjanabai Vasnik Residential School for Intellectually Disabled has been running. A total of 40 residential students and 30 non-residential students are receiving education.

Educational materials and residential facilities are available in the school.

The school teachers are trained.

Mission

Our main mission are deaf & dumb and Mentally challenge children live their life them own way so we provide all necessary education and training for capable of these children, stand on their own and lead a life like normal person. We are also creating confidence among these children so that they just cannot remain the subject of sympathy but contribute towards their family and society at large.

Vision

The basic objective of special education given at ShardaBahuddeshiyaVikasMandal same like other normal education. Theschool educates the Children who are mentally challenged and dumb & deaf by providing training to make them live like others in their future. Also educate the children to be good as useful members of the society as far as their capacities permit them. To help them to achieve certain measures of personal happiness and independence. To help the children to bring out their full potentials in accordance with their abilities and needs.

Appeal

As you are aware, Mentally Challenged and Deaf and Dumb children need a special education and training to do them daily activities. Mentally challenge children development and rehabilitation is the need of the hour for the welfare of that population, as well as from the point of view of reducing the burden of their family.
